I don't see an option anywhere for reversing the right stick inputs. Just mapping the stick to function as another button, limiting it to one axis or another, and whatnot.
The shooting sections are unplayable like this.
Thanks for that. I had no idea you could browse configs like that, fixed my issues.
You need to open steam in big picture mode, go to steam settings, enable steam configuration support for xbox controller, then go find the game in your library (still inside big picture) and press the button that lets you config the controller. Then you press X and slide down to community configs and find the one you want.
That worked! Thank you so much!
Man, i just can't get this to work, even built a config from scratch in big picture mode
This is the case for me as well. I rigged up a KB/Mouse config that works, but this game has punishing quick time events and it's often quite hard to distinguish between keys rather than colourful XBOX buttons.
My issue in particular is that the game is dead-set on interpreting the state of the linked analog triggers for the up-down camera axis no matter what community or personal layout I choose, when the controller is enabled. All Tycho's configuration does for me is change the left-right camera axis to up/down on my right joystick, and the triggers still control vertical camera. I've tried turning off analog input on the triggers and the game still has access to them anyway! Still, this might have something to do with the Protontricks setup I've had to do as described on protondb.
Very much not sorry for continuing this thread :)
