The Purrfect Baker achievement won't pop

I've discovered the cute baker, took a photo and pet it, but the achievement didn't unlock. For anyone who still want to search for the baking cat, don't read further:

I'm not sure if it's every day, but when visiting the bakery after 8 pm, you can see a busy baking cat, replacing the usual NPCs of the store. I'm pretty sure that this fellow supposed to tick off the Purrfect Baker achievement, but it doesn't. Is it bugged, or do I need to find another baking cat?
