I read in some comments on a guide that if you noclip into a grave, he will keep running around you and you can achieve it that way (can't confirm).
Any% glitched, I used my phone as a stopwatch timer to practice, and I had to skip to the chapter from the previous chapter. It's like learning how to speed-run, every fraction of a second spent delaying pressing a button, or looking in a direction, ruins you. I was really tempted to try setting up an auto-clicker or script to press keys (I think I had my hands strung across my keyboard like a pianist to press the keys faster) but I managed to get it before giving up.
It helps to read through different achievement guide comments and try out different things.
