Is Any% achievement bugged?

I swear Im doing it correctly but it's not popping.

its works but doesn't pop up sometimes till u quit the game. That being said the timer starts from the second the chapter loads, so like the second you hear the music kick in the timer has started

Just tried to quit the game thrice to no avail. And I was really fast. I've got already frustrated by doing this

Idk if this will help but what I did exactly was start at chapter 14 from the main menus with cheats enabled. hold p as soon as select the chapter until it skips the dialogue. Then noclip thru the floor immediately and turn noclip off when ur thru the floor so you fall to the next section. Then noclip thru the stairs you should have landed on then turn noclip off again and fall to the final section. Then just fly to the mouthwash and spam lmb to pick it up.

Just spent 40min trying to get this and nothing. I average 30 secs, I don't understand what the problem is after it's been patched.

I think that currently it's unobtainable because of some bug. I've temporarily deleted the game after getting other achievements until the Devs fix it.

Just got it after many tries. What did it for me was starting on Chapter 13, pressing N to skip the chapter and holding P while it was loading up. It seems to skip the opening of Chapter 14 entirely.

ive tried so many times getting 30 seconds and still nothing

That's the method i use and you can get noclip on before you even get to chapter 14, but no dice still for me. The game really doesn't like it when you this for the run for some reason if you back to menu and return to 13 i'll normally be stuck and can't move.

even tried resetting the achievements and just did 2 runs with no luck.
