I'm afraid of playing this games. Does it have jumpscares?

Hi, I really love a good story but i get frightened about jumpscares or that constante suspense that will make me feel in danger lol
So, does it have jumpscares? No, yes, a lot? The terror in this game is in the story, ambient, or images? All of them?

Pls help me guys i really have a problem with this unfortunely :')

There are an amount of jump scares, a few very intense sections where you are constantly under threat, a lot of fantastic sound work that is meant to make you feel off balance and uncomfortable, and also the whole situation is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥.... the story is quite good actually and you might be better off finding a good lets play or something that cuts the tension? I'm honestly not sure the game is for you to play directly given your questions.

ohhh that's all i needed to hear!! Thanks! I'll definitely watch someone else play, that way i can enjoy the story without having a colapse lol

This game is not scary at all, you definitely realize when dream/horror sections start and then you just wait for some creepy noises/images to appear.
