I can relate to people like Jimmy. Wow.

All these peasants losing their minds over nothing and me always having to do my best to help people, only to see them self destruct in the end. In the end, I always do my best on what I think is right for my friends. Curly, Swansea, Daisuke, and whatsherface are the most insufferable characters in the game.

But I think the game did a good job writing these characters who feel like real people that you do deal with IRL.

Swansea was just an absolute unpleasant drunk. He also killed Daisuke when there was a chance of saving him.

Daisuke's young, naive and immature nature got him hurt and killed. His death could of been prevented if he wasn't so incompetent.

That...chick (forgot her name, but she's not that important) just regretted having a one night stand and then chose to play victim.

Curly achieved everything he could have wanted, and yet he's not happy with it and is willing to throw it all away while his friends are left in the dust to suffer financially when they get back home. And he was also the one who crashed the ship and doomed us all.

I really do feel for Jimmy. I can relate with his mindset and how strong he has been throughout the whole entire fiasco. In the end, he still did the right thing and let Curly live, even though he knew Curly would never appreciate his friend's sacrifice.

Absolute amazing storytelling and psychological horror done right. I'm glad this game got the attention it deserves. The most well written characters I have seen in video game history.

It's strange how little op was able to pick up on the plot. Either a troll or someone who's like 12 and is still learning basic reading. Very little likelihood of any other explanation.

For the sake of feeding trolls though. Jimmy was the one who crashed the ship. Daisuke only died because he was coerced by Jimmy into going into a vent he actively didn't want to go into because he thought it was dangerous and was told it was Captains orders to go in there. He wasn't going to survive. Jimmy was just delusional and thought that mouthwash with no cleansing properties would magically mend the fact the guy was bleeding out. And Anya was drugged and molested by Jimmy, forced to be pregnant with his rape baby, and have the man who raped her constantly belittle her afterwards as an authority figure over her.

Yeah, you and Jimmy are just alike.

It's hard, because they did a great job of putting us in the shoes of a psychopath while making us feel like the hero for a while. Not saying it's the case here, but I'm sure there are some who do.
