(spoilers) Did I miss something with Daisuke?
I know he was badly injured. After crawling through the vent, he was badly damaged. But what happened? My guess is that it was something like exposed electric wires. But I don't know for sure.

i believe it was from the toll it took on his mental health to see Anya deceased. He was very ill from drinking too much mouthwash.

most likely getting sliced up by the broken parts vents and electrocuted by exposed wires, we really dont know how he's doing mentally after seeing what happen on the medical bay because he's writhing in pain the whole time
