Continued Problems and Suggestions
Even after the last patch:

1. I'm still having problems with cars on top of each other (or simply stuck due to misalignment) on the second floor. It's not as bad as it was and full disclosure: I'm playing from a save game.
2. There's a crazy level of cars honking outside of the office even when there are no or few cars around. Absolutely maddening!
3. I seem to be stuck in some loop in that I placed an order that never showed up and now it will not let me place any new orders even after exiting and reloading save game.

On to suggestions:
1. Cleaning person should empty the waste basket by the car exit.
2. Cleaning person (or Hot Dog Vendor, or someone) should fill the hot dog vendor & Vending machines so that it doesn't have to be micromanaged by the player.
3. Inventory for the storage area and player inventory needs the ability to be upgraded. It's crazy running around with (i.e.) 4 fence segments to the far side of your lot as that is your carry limit.
4. Not sure how much the security guard is improved, but I haven't had any thieves or graffiti guys since I upgraded to the strongest fence, all the way around my lot (after the patch).

I like the game and am looking forward to further improvements! :cozybethesda:

Almost sounds like you just want to show up in game and have everything done for you. I would rather do all the mundane chores and tasks myself. otherwise you get bored very quick.

The security guard routine seems to be pretty simple - he runs in a pattern and if so happens that there is someone attacking the fence next to him he scares them away. On the other hand - having a concrete heavy duty wall (called 'fence lvl 3') being destroyed by simply kicking it for not-so-long period of time is kind of... ridiculous :)

As for the waste basket by the car exit - simply pull the trash out and leave it there for the cleaning person. He does a pretty good job at keeping the place clean.
Other thing i noticed - you no longer need to pay $150 for the garbage once you are rating level 3, as the cleaning person simply "whoosh" some magic and the garbage is gone. I even took out the trash from the bin and threw it to the ground to see if that is the case - and now the bin is empty and thus you never need to pay to empty it out.

There are problems with placing the cameras on the columns on the ground floor, as well as placing the limiters on the parking spots on the second floor. There are two parking spaces I simply cannot put the limiters on, no matter where I stand and no matter what angle I am approaching them.

Putting the flower pots (those that gives you $0.5 per hour) very close to each other can give you ridiculous amounts of $ per hour. I'm getting $85 per hour for a parking spot (place the pots, then place the plants in them - you can stack up to 3 plants on just 2 pots when you rotate the plants right, which mean you can have 4 pots and 6 plants in them to gain extra $5 an hour on a relatively small space required).

I have no idea what you're talking about. I've designed my entire parking lot, piece by piece, with full landscaping, painting all the lines, constructing and reconstructing with upgraded fences, adding roofs over all the parking spaces, ordering all the supplies, etc., etc., etc.... And now I ask for the cleaning person to empty the garbage can & the vendors to restock their own supplies and you make a negative comment on my suggestion? :steamfacepalm:

To me, whoever says 'you need to do chores manually' has never run a business :) Put 20 hot-dog stands, another 20 coffee machines and top that with lots of snack machines - good luck refilling them on your own...
