so simple to use.
Almost sounds like you just want to show up in game and have everything done for you. I would rather do all the mundane chores and tasks myself. otherwise you get bored very quick.
As for the waste basket by the car exit - simply pull the trash out and leave it there for the cleaning person. He does a pretty good job at keeping the place clean.
Other thing i noticed - you no longer need to pay $150 for the garbage once you are rating level 3, as the cleaning person simply "whoosh" some magic and the garbage is gone. I even took out the trash from the bin and threw it to the ground to see if that is the case - and now the bin is empty and thus you never need to pay to empty it out.
There are problems with placing the cameras on the columns on the ground floor, as well as placing the limiters on the parking spots on the second floor. There are two parking spaces I simply cannot put the limiters on, no matter where I stand and no matter what angle I am approaching them.
Putting the flower pots (those that gives you $0.5 per hour) very close to each other can give you ridiculous amounts of $ per hour. I'm getting $85 per hour for a parking spot (place the pots, then place the plants in them - you can stack up to 3 plants on just 2 pots when you rotate the plants right, which mean you can have 4 pots and 6 plants in them to gain extra $5 an hour on a relatively small space required).
