Security Guard not doing his job

I am having issue with the Security Guard not doing his job. I unlocked the 4th car park and the Security Guard gets bug out and just runs the fence at the back of the car park, updated to the second floor car park and still having the issue of the Security Guard just running the back fence. It would be nice if the Security Guard did the fence next to the office as well.

Same, he just runs up and down the far end fence.
Fence 3 seems to be weaker than fence 2.
Security guard does nothing about car alarm going off.... as I say just up and down back fence.

Yeah after level 4, security just stick to the north wall running back and forth while i have to keep at least 5 walls in stock. Spent about 6-7 hours playing today. Got half the 2nd story done and security is worthless.

thieves usually only stick to the right side where customers leave. Just have to check that while, while security that i'm paying for is on the opposite end running laps back and forth doing nothing.

The guard still doesn't do anything but runs around, the graffiti guy comes in as if he were home and smears the walls even when the guard is 5 meters away :/

Sadly i still have some issues with the guard. i saw him run past a few guys trying to break in. he didnt even scare them off. eventually the guys get in by breaking the fence and even then the guard doesnt do anything. he doesnt scare them off. he doesnt react to car alarms. is he supposed to do any of this?

and idea would be to have a camera tower at each corner of the fence line and one more in the middle of the long stretches of fence, then a security booth where you can hire another 2nd guard to monitor the cameras that then radios the patrol guard when the fence is attacked prompting them to go there directly. or instead of camera towers they could be mounted to the lamp posts or a new item that combines them at a higher teir.
