Level 5 Caper Problem

I'm level 5 and this caper involving the Paper Star scene, I get to the Indian city and catch the theif before I can get a warrant. There's still 2 suspects in the list so I'm not sure how when I don't have enough clues yet, just "LeftyLoosey", a wig, and "Shine a Light" (left-handed, wig, and fear of dark?). Not sure what to do.

Yeah, there's something they didn't really explain in the ACME computer.

There's a folder on each suspect that you can click to pull up their dossier. It displays their characteristics, biography (if any), and some recon on the suspect. Here, you can burn 4 hours to confirm the recon, which will either either note that it's true, or if it's suspicious.

Just to note, you can check all of them if you want, but there will be multiple suspicious suspects. When you get down to the last two or three suspects, it might help to check the recon. Then you can get the warrant and focus on where to go next.
