Yeah, that's right. Distributing that file just to fix this mess could be illegal, just because of the soundtracks in that file (and not only for that track in dispute...).

I can 100% confirm it works, I just tried it with my retail copy. I'm not uploading the file because IO are working on a fix and it's probably illegal.

WHo cares if it is illegal? It is morally illegal to shaft the consumer with this game. "oh we have a problem with the licensed track? Ok lets just rip everything out".

Why would it happen? because someone at IO either forgot to upload that file to Steam server or someone deleted it. Its not rocket science. And someone can easily upload the required file to Steam update server.

The issue is in the process of being fixed on our side. There's no need for anyone to upload anything. We'll get it fixed officially on our end and the music will be back in place within an hour or so.
