Level select and bring weapons into missions?

yeah when i load the autosaves it just starts me on the level how do i level select

once you complete a level. you can quit to the main menu and select New Game then Current Game which will give you the mission list for the ones you have already completed.

Yup. Start your game (via load or continue), quit to main menu, 'continue game' and level select appears.

Ok. Can someone pleas explain why the hell the stun gun doesn't show up as an option when choosing a loadout!? I've got all the other weapons I finished missions with and unlocked for silent assassin ratings, but I've finished Asylum carrying the stun gun twice, and it's still not in the list.
