I'm glad the song is gone. I never cared for it. I never knew this band, and after listening this song I still don't care (nothing special). To me they will always remain the reason why Contracts hadn't been available on Steam. Licensed track pose threats for games.

The label. Clutch hasn't been on Warner in a decade or so. Since "Electric Worry" was used in the Left 4 Dead 2 ad campaign (and Clutch owns the copyright on that song, unlike "Immortal"), I'm guessing that licensing isn't a problem for them.
