Subtitles enabled.. but is not displayed at all.

Subtitles enabled.. but is not displayed at all. I have checked it multiple times, and the ini file has Subtitles: 1.
Any fix?

I have the same issue and can't seem to find any information as to what the issue might be. Some help would be appreciated.

I didn't find any help at all. Sometimes it would display, sometimes not. Eventually, I got used to it.

Can't tell if it's only for the little "mini-cutscenes" (such as trying to enter the building in the Meat-King level) or if there's actually supposed to be considerably more. My issue is that I'm hard of hearing and having that would be of immense help, although it isn't entirely required.

Exactly what I had in my playthrough.
Aw, I'm sorry. I really wish I could figure it out. But I'd say older Hitman games are of bad ports, especially the Hitman: Silent Assassin.

Yeah, but then again they are pretty old. Hopefully the new Hitman game will be like the old ones. I've played (and beat) the first 4 on consoles, but when I found them on steam, I wanted to revisit them... Talk about a headache to get running (and I still haven't gotten them running smoothly yet, maybe tomorrow).

plus I cant see where I suppose to turn them on. There is no this option is settings
