47 won’t move

I’ve seen someone else have this issue, supposedly fps relayed or resolution related. But he won’t move. It’s lagging to the point where I can’t do anything. But looking up and down works just fine

I’ve changed every setting and done every fix with no luck. And it’s not a common issue. Only 1 other person I saw

you should mention what fixes you tried so that people dont tell you to do them again
you fixed the FPS? you have 60 FPS?
