Controls are broken?

When I try to play the game, whether I load into Training or start a New Game, I have this issue where I can pan the camera up and down with the mouse, but I can't can't move it in any other direction or physically move 47, either. The only things I can do besides look up and down is open the inventory which is extremely buggy and laggy.

Any ideas? I'd much rather play this than watch a Youtube let's play of it.

NVM lads and lasses, got a fix that worked for me. It's the Guide at the very bottom of the list in the Steam Guides for this game, the ENG/RUS one that says "over9000k fps" or something in the title.

Essentially just go to the local files, open the HitmanContracts config file (not the .cfg one) and change "StartUpperPos" from 2,2 to 0,0 and then put "Window 1" directly above "StartUpperPos".

What is happening is high framerates lower the game speed until it eventually hits 0 with high end machines.
