Update on the demo and development updates

Hello Movie lovers !

It’s Marie again and today I am going to talk about the demo available on Steam and what is yet to come!

Contents of the demo

We have made available a demo of the game on Steam for all of our supporters and interested players to play!

For now, you have access to the level set in 1930 that displays some of the available features developed for the game. Here, you will be able to decorate, build projection rooms, toilets, or staff break rooms and choose the equipment and services you want to provide.

We were only able to open a little part of the actual game for the demo for you to play but we have a lot more that is still being completed! We hope this can give you a little window to take a peek into the game we have imagined while keeping in mind that we are actively working on a lot more. Tycoons are not easy to demonstrate with a vertical slice but here are some more information on what is planned or in development! Historical Levels

In the Campaign mode, you will have access to cinemas from all around the world, set in different marking eras. By going through the different levels, you will get the opportunity to take a peek into the technology, movie genres and even consumer habits specific to that time and place!

By playing the levels in order, you will explore gradually the different mechanics of managing a cinema, as technologies and clientele change.

The archive tab will give you a lot of information on all of the captivating historical components. This is possible thanks to our research and our various partnerships with cultural institutions that want to spread knowledge with us.

As we go, we wish to integrate real cinemas that we have partnerships with into the game l, like the Grand Rex in Paris or Cinema Mexico in Italy that have been a continuous support!

The Sandbox!

In the Sandbox mode you will obviously have a lot more creative freedom! Choose among a wide variety of movies, equipment and decor to build your dream cinema. Create a strong identity for your brand by choosing color schemes, logos, uniforms and more to make this Cinema the beginning of a new empire!

You will get the opportunity to unlock more research than ever and enjoy the unique decor and visual variants of your favorite equipment and some spécial rewards unlocked in campaign mode to polish your style.

Play unique challenges to keep on reinventing your business and play in an area fit for a Multiplex!

would be great to have some kind of ruler in building mode to seehow wide/big the room has to be if I want to place 2 or 3 rooms the same size next ot each other.

Hello cinema lovers !

We are very excited to share a little bit of the game with all of our supporters! To celebrate the launch of our Kickstarter campain ( Available here ![kck.st]), we have released an open demo of the game on Steam where you will get to play with some of the developed features in a level set in 1930.
Build the rooms, manage your crew and equipments, rent and project movies to draw in the crowds!
We appreciate your continued support and we hope that this crowdfunding campain will be the opportunity for us to push the game forward and provide the best experience possible! Share your feedbacks with us to take part in our game development journey and help shape the game as a community.

Staff not repairing?

Very nice game - it has a lot of potential. I couldn't get my staff to repair anything. My equipment kept breaking down. I even tried hiring all the janitors.

Interesting and interested....

Are we able to control all aspects of runing a movie theater like concession stands, create line queus, pl;ace bathrooms, security, cleaning crew, multiple movies shown (multiplex)? Complexity? In the later eras----parking lots?
