Can't start because d3dx9_27.dll is missing?
I recently reinstalled this because we got a new computer, and I can't start it up. When I try to, it says "The program can't start because d3dx9_27.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." and I want to know if there are any alternative options, because THIS TOOK FOREVER TO INSTALL.

EDIT: Side note removed, because I installed normal spore and I still have the problem.

NEVERMIND! I installed spore, then booted it up, quited, and tryed galactic adventures again, and it worked fine. So, you may need to start up spore before GA will work.
