Report a translation problem
This probably doesn't need an explanation, but don't try to evolve to creature with any secret cell parts you got from bodyswapped cells unless you want to do so for the sake of SCIENCE! Unfortunately (fortunately?) the parts will probably be deleted by the editor, cause your game to crash (unlikely, think Spore deletes all unavailable parts automatically), or give you a useless but identical part, probably named " *** " or (*cringes*) "BAD_DATA" that won't save without a forcesave mod.
and it turns out that it's a glitch.
You don't even have to be small, it works at (as far as I know) random no matter what you are.
