Is there a way to ally the grox?

I know that the grox are the big enemy in spore, but can you ally them and do adventures for them and how would you ally them?

the only way is to do this is doing your first contact mission with the grox and do not contact anyone else.

Getting that high a relationship score with them is pretty tedious, though. If you're just looking to get to the center of the galaxy, you can just create trade routes once your relationship score is high enough for that and buy a safe path to it

Isn't that the condition for the Grox trade glitch? To my knowledge, it's absolutely not a requirement for allying with the Grox

Many people claim that if you/anyone ally with the Grox "Empire" all the other "empires" will declare war, but there's a way around. Allying the Grox (Grox...es? Groxs?) is, if I remember correctly, consider as breaking the galactic code (-Idon'tknowhowmanybutprobablymanypoints). I've read about this in the past, if one do, many, many good things for "the other empires" they won't get enough minus points to declare war. Of course to make them so loyal towards one is even harder than making Groxs to like anyone, but, If nothing was changed, completely possible. I'm not the one to do the math though.
