where is the product key??

im looking for the product key to get online working but i cant find it can someone please tell me where it is

The CD Keys for the main game got removed due to an exploit where you can buy the game, copy the key, and refund it, making it so you can get the game for free.
You can still use the CD Keys from Galactic Adventures and the Cute and Cuddly pack.

The Arbiter is right, however you can still access the CD key. You will have to go to the EA Help support desk and start a live chat with an EA rep. They'll ask you for proof of purchase, so you'll need a screenshot of the email receipt and your Steam purchase details, and then they'll give you access to the key. Just tell them that you need the CD key but it did not come with the game.
