Does any mod can work in Spore steam version? My computer can not save any creature.

The latest version of Dark Injection includes a force-save mod which will probably help you with your problem.

That's a problem with your game then, not a mod, because no mods modify the cell stage.
You can use the force-save config modification if you don't want to reinstall the game or verify the game's files. Use my config files if you want this force-save mod & more: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvuubHYsSlZUl2ib1IkTIG6W-trb (Put contents of the ZIP file into Spore's DataEP1 folder.)
