Spore crashes everytime I switch from Cell stage to Creature Stage

After many years I decided to play Spore once again. 8 years ago it worked prefectly on me. But now after having fun on the cell stage it crashed when I wanted to go to the Creature stage and it didn't save my progress. SO I tried again and then happend the exact same thing. I tried a third time but this time I saved before ascending to creature stage. I can laod the save but inmediatly after my cell swings up the game crashes right before it load the creature editor.

Help please? I really wish to play spore agian with no issues.

I'm using W7 64 bits if you need to know

Sorted now thanks AMD CCC was about 3-4 months out of date :D my bad.

I switch to Origin an had the same problem. But then everything got fixed when I just changed the graphics. In my case I had everything on medium setting. I change them to the highest setting and the game started to work properly.

Wait why did you switch to the Origin version? (It was transformed into the Steam version with the latest update)
The Steam version is superior.

Maybe. As I said it wasn't wroking and I read that it was steam fault. so I drag myself to install origin and used my code there and...still had the same problem until I changed the graphics,,,

Firstly: Have you fixed the game’s shaders? They do not work properly on newer computers, however there is a known fix at the official SPORUM: https://forum.spore.com/jforum/posts/list/81238.page

As for your problem:
Make sure all graphics drivers are updated, and try changing SPORE’s settings. If that does not work, reinstall SPORE.

Hmmmm...
Perhaps you need to go to the game properties and enter there: -locale:ru-ru
I'm not sure it will work but it's worth a try
