Here's a the new link, I'll update the OP, and you can now access the Creature editor from Tribe and Civ stages as well as Space as before. Enjoy!

Can we use this alongside other mods like Dark injection,More complexity etc?
Complexity, no. This mod will not be compatible with MANY mods, due to the number of core game files it alters. I'm currently considering adding a little increase to the max complexity allowed, if I can remember how.
Also, some updates. I've been fiddling, so if you've downloaded the file in the last half hour, you may have gotten some untested changes. Whoops! I'll be testing and making sure nothing's too broken.
I'll update the link and split it. The latest version can always be found here:

In my dropbox, this is actually symlinked to the file I'll constantly be pushing changes to. These may be updated without warning and may sometimes break your game. Use at your own risk. Currently, this contains some fun edits to the graphics quality and some other things I'm not even sure DO anything, but I'll be looking to find out. This link is always the same, but will change as soon as I repack the mod over here, so you may get strange things from it.
This is the current latest version, but this will stay static and not have potentially gamebreaking bugs, ever. This link will keep changing as I compress and upload new, more or less stable versions.

Run Spore, let it regenerate the content you removed with PlatinumSpore helping it along.
Then close it down once it reaches the galaxy screen. It will have created a new Game0 folder. Delete this and replace it with the one you moved to your desktop earlier.
This should restore your save games whilst having the content generated around the mod, lowering massively the chance it'll crash.
You may also want to compare how it performs if you also do not restore your saves from before.
Extensive mods like this can be a little picky about how they operate, unfortunately... But let me know how it goes. :)
It's been around a while, but I just found some new toys to play with, so hopefully this'll keep getting updated for the time being.
When I download the 2.0.3 version and open the 7zip file I find another 7zip file that I cannot open, and most of the other download links are unavailable.
Edit: My computer was just telling me that the .Package file was a .zip...
