How many endings are there in the game

I loved the game. I have flirted / had sex with all of the characters and I have only found 2 endings so far (janine & what looks like a harem). I'm assuming there are other ones with each girl).

SPOILER ALERT.
There are other endings, but they are variants of the two you have completed. In the one with Janine, Dorothy can also be present, either pregnant or not. Then there are the endings where the MC goes insane, so in the one with Janine, the MC blows everything up. Or, the MC blows everything up in the harem ending. In the harem ending, Janine may not be present.
