Wildly Osscilating Scrap

I'm going between 1.1e11 and -1.12e12 seemingly at random. I have so many scrap boosts active after swapping over to level 2 flack cannons and trying to rejuice myself stuck in the mid 20s. I don't get why my scrap keeps randomly falling. Synth isn't costing me anything. This is goofy

You have something auto spending scrap. A core system auto upgrading, a synth, or crew exp multiplier.

I don't though, I turned off the auto 1% thing, have a 2x reactor boost, multiple crystals with scrap boosts, infinite synth components...like it keeps going between -1e and +8 seemingly at random!

turning off the auto compute 1% thing doesnt stop it from draining salvage, it stops the change of salvage drain

well if the change isn't changing, then why is my drain changing SO drastically? I know I have some put into compute but it's not changing. My rates should not be fluctuating so wildly.

Are you manually buying stuff? That will also be reflected in your income.

i aw you said your in your mid 20's and only hav a lvl 2 weapon. you should probley hold of on that.

syth only drains scarp on the first bars.
computer drains aslong as there is a number in the window.

Is it possible that it's your gains that are fluctuating instead? On some sectors, enemies take a long time to get into range of your weapons unless you've got a lot of range boosts active so you don't have a stable income of scrap.

If scrap is spent on enhancing your cores etc it will temporarily cause the average to plummet. You can turn off the setting "include drains on approximate income" to avoid this in the general settings.
