Using loadouts changes and/or reorganizes prestige tab setup

Anyone else seeing this behavior? Nearly, if not every time, I load a loadout it both reorganizes and in some cases replaces items on the ship on the prestige tab - some of which are items I rarely use, if ever. Occurs even if I don't switch, or change, to a different loadout. I can literally just click the same loadout a second time, after updating my ship config, and it'll do it again. I've tried re-saving over the loadout with the updated ship config on the prestige tab, and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

It's effectively negated any time saved from shard arrangement and links as now I have to setup my ship again every time I click a loadout.

If you click the Loadouts button at the top, it'll show you what systems are saved in each loadout and allow you to enable/disable them. Personally, I have them all set to include only modules and the v device, but it's also possible to include the core. It sounds like that happened to you.
