Bug: Time estimates
I'm in fleet (reinforced 3+), and I've noticed that time estimates are not always accurate. E.g. warp core charge estimate shows 25 seconds, but the tick rate brings it closer to 3 minutes. Same is true with synth, possibly others.

That's because the vei piercer progress "jumps" are calculated into the shown estimate.
The warp core will charge in 25 seconds average, but will do so by ticking down slowly, and jumping forward whenever you destroy a freighter drawn in by the veil piercer.

This is handled by he "Include Siphon in Time Estimates" option, which you can turn off if you want.

dev really just needs to add a disclaimer somewhere in the game now at this point... cause a LOT of folks including myself have reported this thinking its a bug when its really just the time "catching up" every time a veiled enemy is killed and not the actual time.. you will notice that the time seems to stand still without going down, or it goes down very slowly. thats just the timer working perfectly fine based on ACTUAL real time.... while the displayed time is accounting for both real time and the veiled enemy buffs, which get totaled all at once when one is defeated

I just imagine the disclaimer stating " - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff" https://youtu.be/mDsN5lWLKU0?t=73

I gave up reading the actual numbers I just look at the visual bar indicator and see it fill up then all is good. But yes it is working as intended for the game logic that is.
