Bug: Challenge Tips showing up on the Synth page after a hard reset

The Challenge Tips yellow-bordered box shows up after first unlocking Synth after doing a Hard Reset.

The box is no longer there after saving and loading the game.

Not sure if the box would also show up when a new player first unlocks Synth, but if so, it would probably not be ideal, although mostly harmless.
