Capital Reinforce Warp Sync only up to difficulty 85?

I thought those 2 warps you get with massive warp would sync forever.

Actually I made a mistake, it only synced up to 84.5. 85 was the next difficulty not what it actually synced to.

The last four (Keres, Limos, Machai, Nomos) warps CAP at 99.5

I'm not talking about the cap. I'm talking about the warp sync where you do one and the others also levels up.

Oh, yeah, that's what the reinforce upgrade says (Last Upgrade in the third row of the reinforce tab)

I thought it meant the warps from those sectors, not caps up to that level.

It's so that you actually have to clear each of the "endgame" warp sectors all the way up to 99.5. It would be a bit anticlimactic if you reached the cap in one and never had to bother with the others. They are more different from each other than the earlier warp sectors are.
