As for fighters hav em live so defensive/respawn, then move over into dps, you'd want to one pass 1 colour befor you think about improving drops. you can change those points as much as you want. just get a good compoint going to build up the stats and points.
First I get crew to 1.95 (sane people stop at 1.75)
(Swap crew, swap vsynth, swap modules)
Then I calculate until it stops moving at a reasonable speed, and then I let it go a little further.
(Swap crew, swap vsynth, swap moduels, retrofit)
Then I do synth until I've got enough to max out the parts that are reasonable.
(Swap crew, swap vsynth, swap modeuls, retrofit)
Then I view myself as free to work on anything I want
(Swap crew, swap vsynth, swap moduels, retrofit)
End by pushing the space base a little further, while doing fixtures. (also running fixtures anytime I'm not doing synth).
... I'm not feeling that I'm making good progress, but I am feeling that I am getting somewhere. The numbers move up a little time... like ... Simon and his drill.
Little by little, we advance a bit further with each turn. That's how a drill works.
Well, up to the synth part. Does base matter currently? Or only when I get base 5?
The next boost is at 78, (or was it 77?) you really don't have too far to push from compute to the next boost.
But yha, I've got two days of setup to get everything I lose each prestige back, then I spend a little time doing "something", and then I finish off with a dedicated day of base farming.
Sometimes "something" is more of one of the setup steps, sometimes it's base building, sometimes it's research, or shards or *shrug* there's still stuff there to do.
I'll try it the other way around next time.
