Was 33, got booted back to 32 because despite going into 33, I was suddenly incapable of harming anything there.
Fair enough. I looked through the Reactor, made sure my modules were still on, all my automations were still on and were actually working, etc...tres bizarre. Oh well, not the biggest deal in the world, still having a good time with it. :)
So, I was looking at the numbers on here:

Something seems very, very broken, because none of these numbers make any sense at all. In fact, messing with it, my Reactor is entirely disabled, that's the problem and why I got so heavily nerfed. The whole page is broken, none of the buffs actually do anything.
Since you got auto power manage on, if you click any of the Off to On
They should stablize and then add their effect.
they are set to drain way more power then you can preduce, which is why auto manage on is good for now.
next is Auto set VM to income %, shouldn't be 100% set it to 50% that should try to keep you afloat even during low income but be warned, you hav fluctuating power here.
so what you might really need here is a power challange.
so you can get those VM to power ratio up and give more powah.. unlimited POWAH!
if you think they hav no effect check it when they are on, that their stats are added to the [stat and info] window. might hav to click abit to find the right pages.
HOLY CRAP I'M AN IDIOT
I know how it works, I just hadn't noticed that they turned themselves off for whatever reason and didn't even think to look at that. Literally rule one of troubleshooting.
Wow.
I am dumb.
