What does the Battle Ship look like?
Looked through the screenshot tab but I don't see anything that looks like it.
How many extra slots over the battlecruiser?

You get 2 Capital Ship Weapons, 2 Capital Shields, 2 Capital Utilities, and 2 "Small Turrets" (You're immune to Small damage at that point)

Wait, small damage doesn't catch up because it becomes irrelevant? Or is it "immune"?

It's immune. There are mechanics to make it relevant, but it will never retreat because of it.

I should note that S107 is VERY rough in terms of Small damage.

And you must clear 107 before you unlock it. I see. That's why you finalize base 1 before that.
Okay, that make things clearer. Since I don't see any small damage or otherwise relevant bonuses from galaxy 4 like base 1 boost or something, I think my next reinforce will be after base 1 finalization then. And maybe I'll push for the new ship just to see what it looks like.

It's hard to explain the new system without spoiling it but immune is a bit misleading.

Minor spoiler:
It's an evolution of the slider bar that let you focus on either small or capital damage and shield. But that one happens naturally; If you can handle small ships then your capital stats are increased, if you struggle against small ships, they aren't.

More spoiler:
Every ship (including the ones before sector 107 lose their flat damage value and are instead given a damage percentage value.
That value appears to be based on ship type instead of sector: A sniper from sector 50 has less health than a sniper from sector 100 but inflict the same amount of 'damage'.
Instead of a health bar that is defined by your shield, you now have a combat amps that boost capital shield and damage with a bonus that range from +0 to +100%. Every small ship that get a hit on you reduce that percentage. That can range from 1.5% for swarmers to a huge 100% for snipers.
The key difference is that even if your combat amps drop to 0% you don't get to retreat. Only enemy capital ship can trigger that. But they have an easier time doing that if your small damage is lacking.

Reminder to use "Most recent" filter to see them, as they are new content. If you want to see all the slots, I took another screenshot for you (light spoiler with only the name):

I said immune to damage for retreat, which is correct.

Ugh. I hope it grows on me. Because that looks hideous.
And thanks all. Whetting my appetite here... A little, that look...
