im at sector 35 whats the best ship load out

you'll hav to say which ship it is if you want to drag in more people.

-for those that forget what's unlocked then-
It is the Heavy Crusier; 4 weapon slot, 2 shield and 2 utility.
weapons are : laser- LC, GL, CL and BL then kintic- cannon and launcher
shields: continous and bulk.
utily: computer, reactor, research and syth.


we're talking 4xCL range the suckers befor they spawn (chances of getting overwhelmed might occuer not great for pushing)
BL - 2xLC - CL the beam is the main dps here and CL is for sniping ranged the LC are set to suport. great for pushing.
kintic is abit laking since bombs are so slow and your missing out on missles. So i vote for laser stuff.

shields.. double bulk, until you get your defelctor. then you split.

Utility is rough man. mostly you want reactor plus X for doing X.. X being research or syth or something else later.

beat it and got missile launcher is it actually worth using cus it dont sound very good
What is more importent is targetting and switch or focus, that can make or break weapon loadouts.

But kinetic can be great it's great disadvantage just get pushed back and that was firing speed. but it now lacks more or less range now.

You generally need any new unlocks for at least the next few sectors.
Iirc unlocking missile launcher is the point where swarms of armored enemies appear, which guess what is good at killing those.

Good rule of thumb for cores is that for weapons, shields, and the 3rd, well, 4th thing if you count utilities as 3rd with weapons being 1st and shields being 2nd is that the game generally unlocks stuff for you only when you need them.
Remember how charge lasers are unlocked when enemies start out ranging you and beam lasers are unlocked when enemies start having regenerating shields. And well, kinetic cannons earlier when armor enemies appears. This pattern would keep repeating all the way into the end game.

I think all of the weapons in the game are genuinely useful, depending on where you are and your load out. Some don't do much damage on their own, but can increase the damage of other weapons enough to be worth it. Bonuses like range or fire rate can also be priceless in some sectors.
