I've been stuck here the last few days and I don't know how to progress. Things were going smooth since around 30ish and now I've suddenly hit a wall. I'm up to date with the bases, upgrades, etc, maybe a little behind on challenges? But it's not even close, I can't even scratch the boss' shield.

have you unlocked unbound research? because the first wall after s21 is s48/50 and getting stuck before that is usually because of forgetting something

Just passed 40 myself, no wall so far.
Earning 1e6 warp essence an hour
Almost done with orange level in synth, starting red.
3600 AI points accumulated, achieves give bonuses after all.
