When/How do you unlock v2 weapons?
I've seen various places on the wiki that mention having them for pushing sector 20. I can't seem to find anything about how/when they're unlocked though.

the higher versions are locked behind bases, when you unlock a base and you go to that tab, and then click one. You can see there are stuff to buy in base1 case it's the second option.
