Where is ,,Crew Auto Reprint''?

I unlocked the Crew Auto Reprint option right after unlocking the Crew feature, but I cannot find this button/feature in the UI. Is this something that is only unlocked later down the line?

Did you buy Crew Reprint as well? Pretty sure Auto Reprint doesn't work by itself.

@dev, can we get auto reprint greyed until reprint is purchased. I can't be the only person annoyed at pending 450 without anything to show for it.

Well, maybe think of it as a pre-order? Like you do for some awaited games on Steam. Other than that, I got nothing.

I mean, it seemed pretty self-evident to me that you can't automate a function you haven't even bought yet, but it could probably do with being made a bit clearer or just lock the purchase entirely.

It's just bad design. They grey out things with unmet prereqs everywhere else so it ought to be generally safe to assume that that module is going to be functional when purchased. If prereq enforcement for purchase weren't enforced elsewhere, I'd agree.

I would use over looked instead of bad design. Its is EA.

The phrase bad design isn't a knock. It's like calling out a bug. I'm not saying the game is garbage, there's just a small change that could be made to unify behavior of an element in the game with the other elements in the same system.

Ya I just forgot to set the flag for it being locked to start :*(

lol no worries, I'm sure the community will accept a code for a handful of points in recompense...

Jk, going to include the fix in the next patch? Any way to refund that AI purchase for the people who didn't buy the prereq first?

Uh I dunno about a refund thing, I think everyone ive seen have this issue just buy the prereq and be done with it lol.

I was hurting for AI points but I got it squared away lol.

Sorry to awaken an ancient thread but it's the closest match to my issue.

I have unlocked all the AI automation options:

So I have confirmed to have both Crew Reprint and Auto Crew Reprint.
But this is my Crew screen:

Unless I'm blind I just can not find any Crew Auto-Reprint options? Am I missing something? I've tried reinstalling just in case but no difference.

In your screenie, it says auto reprint off. Its under the Auto Switch stats check box.

Ahh, then yes, I am blind! For some reason I thought it was going to be a setting at the top of the screen, and then my eyes just couldn't register it's existence under the check-box instead. Thanks for the assistance!
