What does 420 crew rank upgrade do?
The one that ignores crew rank divisiors. What these divisors are? I got the upgrade but nothing really seems to be changed.

For the third level of crew skill, you have a divisor (by exemple, the skill increase with acumen but get divide by engineering). It doesn't work with skill that have one level and divide other thing (salvage, computer, warp core, etc). It's really strong and will give you a huge boost in anything you invest

Oh, those are the divisors. Then it's really a great updgade.
