I remember the crafting about e40-e42.
As for the warp, check your Base4 is it above 13xxish? again think warp is ingunity and with only 2 crew with xeno really pulling the weight with it's skills,
so check your bases get em up and mabey check your crew and make sure there isn't any divides for their t3 skills in the party (they need to be active and hav points added to em so switch off the exp split)
but i guess my stats are all low my base4 is only at 993x and after changing my shards around a bit with links i hit 1.17e39
t1/t2/t3
say CS and ME cs t1 is computer related so you only want the unlock for t2. and then into his t3.
while ME has start crafting so a good plan is 25 into t2 and again 25 so you can putthe rest into the gray skill aswell as the t3.
make sure to check the T3 skills they hav a divide in it until later. that is why you should turn of xp split. t3 can really be pumped if you do em right.
Use your free sleeves and retrofits for boosting stats too. For example - you can go reactor+refinery and logistic+reconstitution + resource shards for enormous amount of both resouces, upgrade crew skills to 1.7+ and then change for reactor+synth and materials+cyber.

The t3 skills use only the stat from the specific crewmember for the primary stat, but the total active stat from the secondary one. That is true for both sides of the dividing line. t2 skills are the opposite.
so yeah you want the switch on when trying to get masterys, but if you wanna push numbers you got to deactivat it.
/spoiler But i'd advise you to take a look at crew skill lvl 420 and drool with that on you can once again leave switch on.
