Suddenly stuck
I finally bashed through the 62-68 barrier and made my way to sector 73, and now i can't seem to advance at all.
I feel like i'm missing something, every avenue of advancement has completely stalled out.

Even when configuring my entire build to each function i can make no progress.
My best shard build has failed for 30 hours straight to even FIND the 71-73 shard on zone 73.
My best base build gets at most 5% progress a DAY
My crew gain maybe 2-3 new levels of their main stat and 1 of their second stat a day on average, resetting after 10 or so levels
My best synth build is 3 weeks away from even UNLOCKING the component i need for the next module upgrade.
Research build makes no appreciable increase a day
Warp core is almost maxed out, nothing left but a couple levels of void energy, several of storage and about 30 rank points scattered across the crew.

I guess my question is, what do i even focus on from here to actually make progress?
I have my 'goals' for the carrier but at current rates none of them are attainable basically for years. Clearly i need to make gains somewhere but literally none of the avenues of doing so seem to be able to make any gains.

For reference here is where i am.
Synth -> all upgrades other than carrier. All components infinite up to the ultima regulator.
All shards maxed except the 71 - 73 shard i stll cant find
research at 1e101 in all categories
all warp core upgrades except a 4 power 12 power storage and about 3-6 crew rank points for each crew
bases at 1e20 5e10 5e4 and 600.

I would appreciate any tips on what i should focus on next to break this stagnation.

i actually wasn't asking. it makes literally 0 difference.
that's e12 range gains on e18 levels, so only doubling there every 1000000 seconds (300 days), the next layer doubles velocity at 1e7 seconds currently, the third layer accelerates at 1e8 seconds currently, meaning for the last order, it's roughly going to be another 16 hours. for one order of magnitude.
16 hours go to whoa simply isn't possible anymore since the drop from 1e4 to 1e3 on salvage redirection.

No. That's what I'm saying.
I mouse over each green bar to see what the effects are and there is no difference.

With the introduction of 1.1 Cap+++, all the other bars (1.25-10) are effectively meaningless, so I'm focusing on just the first two.
They are slowly increasing over time as expected due to the + +++ effects, so I know the display is updating.
Adding the Lab showed no effect other than showing more power wasted.
Same with adding the shard.

It's not costing me much to keep the lab running but why would I waste a valuable shard slot on a shard that doesn't actually seem to be helping me.

You keep telling me to look at the numbers but that's exactly what I'm doing.
If you can tell me how I'm reading them wrong or if you know for a fact they are lying to me that would be helpful to me and I'm sure to others reading this as well.
i'm asking you to look at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3102687017 not the bar that just shows how may times the bar is filling up. this show the levels per bar filled so 1040*2100 in my case

and that's what's going to shorten your run

in this update where the cap itself was buffed, quicker than 16 hours was possible, but since then, perhaps unintentionally, that salvage redirect multi dropped an order, now it's around 6 days absolute minimum for compute alone and voids don't change the number of levels gained.
Rob got a SS of your crew setup?

the 2 stats are level math and computer enjoyer.

considering that the bar tooltip doesn't just show the number of times the bar is filled but literally says 'effect' and the layer above it literally says 'levels gained', and both match and match the timing, i'd have to go with the tooltips.

you've got to remember that people coming through to mid 70s sectors now didn't have a month of preparation until the content drop to prepare crew, etc., so 16 hours is simply unrealistic because they're not going to have m3 crew. i only don't because i was in the middle of my m3 run, not towardss the end of it, where i'd planned to make the 3 poignant members for compute into m3. ok not the most efficient, but it DOES put me in a unique position among late gamers to say what the timings will be for people coming through now.
But i didn't hav m3 ether and it took me nearly untill yesterday to get all things done to push into 75+ done. And the biggest thing i've learned is [crew skill] goes bunkers at higher numbers with it doing very heavy lefting on t2 and t3 ablitys.

It sounds like you are one of the lucky ones who got the comp run done during the buffed +++ cap window and so your experience isn't matching mine (and others) which is the source of the confusion here.

You were looking at a variable in the equation whereas I was looking at the end result of the equation.
For you, with a much higher cap, boosting that variable likely did make your run shorter but I, unfortunately, missed the window and boosting that variable any further does nothing for me.

Hopefully, the dev will reexamine and rather than rebuff the 1.1 Cap+++, add some +++ for the 1.25 to 10 tiers because right now, at high levels at least, those are all trash.

After the update the guide on discord wasn't changed. People are still using it and are still joining us in the s75 channel. so again. Your setup is what's holding you back. Not the game.

Are these people who managed to avoid the patch that nerfed +++?
I'm not refusing to change my set up. I am changing it and seeing no difference in results.

okey, guy asks about computer at 15:24 02-12-2023. gets shown the guide, at 16:14 he shows a SS of 1.20e19 then at 01:11 he again shows a SS of now 1,65e21. and then he signed off at 2. so he's deffenly done when he logs on.

Which channel, and which one has the guide. Having trouble locating.
sector 51-74 check the pins should be Derseis guide. and if your there, it was satan-samma that now link a SS of his 1e22. done at 10.34 03-12-2023
