Cook, Serve, Delicious!

A little bit too difficult?
Is it me, or this game is a little bit difficult and too fast? I can't manage to get orders done correctly and on time. Clients start the rush right at the beginning of the days.

That's true, but it's still tying up that prep station from further orders and thus making you less profit. In the first two games you could actually hold food there indefinitely (which I assume is why the ready-to-serve foods have timers in this game)!

Still a good technique to use when preparing complicated foods (kebabs pls)

There were two games I made way back in the day, called Ore no Ryomi and Ore no Ryomi 2. I don't recommend playing them, because hoo boy they're really old. :p

Bought this a few hours ago and have played about 7-8 game days so far. I had watched several " Let's Play " and " First Look " videos so I knew how the game worked and took the time to practice some foods. I found the game a pleasant challenge and don't mind the difficultly level at all. As pointed out by a previous poster the game gets a little less hectic after the new restaurant buzz wears off too. I am going to be playing a lot of this. Way to write a great game chubigans!

Wait, really? If you're using hte mouse it's hard, but if you use the keyboard it's so quick and easy, especially if you have beer

HAVE YOU WORKED THE SERVICE INDUSTRY??

I don't even own the game yet but I love how the comments are all about slowing down the pace. Lol. As if. *Valley girl*

You know the game was made right if the the 'rush' always seems to be too much. I'm talking in hyperboles this entire time, so frankly it sounds like the creator of this game knew the job.

In the service industry there are 3 truths (and many more outside of this forum post).
1. No one cares if you're having a bad day
2. It's never TOO bu$y
3. You're there to make money and eat the rush, never complain.

If this game was truly going to touch on reality to spice up its content, it wouldn't listen to complainers who say it's too hard, etc. They should purposefully make it overwhelmingly difficult at start to make people realize they need to tip their servers more.

*To the guest* Oh? Are you having a nice dinner this evening? So are 100 other people who are all in the same room... In my personal case, 1000+ other people.

I'm not sure I'd want to play it if it put political statements before gameplay. I still think the pace is important though, and it *is* slow in the beginning compared to how it can get later. At least it's not the end of the world if you can't keep up. You'll just get fewer customers and the game gets easier until you learn how to manage it.

I find it fine enough for me.

Here's something I just discovered that takes a little heat off of a beginner like me. It doesn't matter if you cook too many meat patties for the hamburgers, as long as you put the right numer of patties on at serving time. It doesn't count against your perfect combo streak.

.w. the game isent that difficult i got a couple perfect days you just gota serve quick to get to the others like be prepared and know what your doing next

the game starts pretty fairly but slows down or speeds up depending on your buzz often depending on your food selections the buzz gos up or down on the different cycles of the day
