Prophetess

I was playing a 6 player game versus 5 AIs with all content enabled except Realm Of Souls, which I don't have. I was using the Prophetess and noticed that her power to discard the first adventure card drawn and draw a new one was not available perhaps 50% of the time. Did something in a recent expansion nerf her ability? Or is this a new bug that's crept in? I was mostly in the Outer Region of the main board, so mostly drawing from the main adventure card deck. There were various events, enemies, strangers, followers, etc. that I would have liked to discard and draw something else but was forced to encounter them.

Just saw the same in a four-player game (two humans, two AI) with a number of expansions enabled---- definitely a bug.
