Can't enable Blood Moon Werewolf ending?

Hello,

I can't seem to activate the Blood Moon Werewolf Ending in a random hidden ending game. I have blood moon expansion activate, I even have black void enabled as an ending so I know it's on. Is this intended? I recall you could have the Blood Moon Werewolf ending enabled before.

"No Werewolf" house rule must be turned off.

This ending can only be used as a hidden ending.
So be sure to set the endings house rules to hidden ending.
