How is XP Calculated?

Just curious what things you do during the game to gain XP? If anything.

The reason I'm curious is, I completed a singleplayer game where I lost vs 3 AI and I got 50% of my first XP bar.

Then I played a multiplayer game with a friend, me, him and 2 AI, and I lost that game as well, but only got 25% of my first XP bar.

So why less on the MP game?

Does it matter what you accomplish during the game that determines your XP?

Experience points are based on all the things you did in your game.

If you look at the EXP screen you see when you complete the game it breaks down what you did in the game to gain your EXP. It will include things like how many achievements you've been able to unlock, who had the most strength, who was in battle most, etc.

So I just played my first game of Talisman... a 4 hours game, had fun, but lost... and got 0 XP... Is that normal?

But seriously, only winners get XP (or possibly players that were on the CoC at the end of game, been a while since that happened to me).

you get more points for multiplayer games, and if people don't leave and stay til the end, the points are higher.

stay til end of game. even if dead. If there are only AI's left in a game you can leave and should get your xp. Leaving a game before there is a winner means you forfit your exp

Not true. You just have to end your turn, maybe roll for Reaper and Werewolf. Then you can leave and gain your XP for goals completed (if any were).
