characters greyed out and unclickable please help!

I have the Season Pass and lost the ability to choose the expansion characters after dungeon installation. please help!

Not sure if it can help, but there is a new rule option when you set up the game to exclude the character that are not part of the expansions, check if you have enabled it maybe that's what is blocking you.(It's in the rules list). The other thing i can think of is making sure you have not disabled the expansions in the game set up.

If none of these work out, you can always try to "verify" the game files (right click on the game in your library, go to properties>local files > verify integrity of game cache .. While you are there you can also look in the DLC tab to be sure everything is checked.)

Also, make sure you have the Expansions turned 'On', from red to green in the Expansions tab.

thank you fen and sanity! I just had to turn the Expansions to green from the Expansions tab. Everything is working great now thank you again!!
