Since the update today (6th march) I have lost all my levels and runes. I am using MAC osx. I have all the extra characters and the base pack but lost all levels. I have restarted my game and steam etc, since update. Please help

Same exact thing with me! I was just about to report it. I too am on Mac OS X Yosemite. I am/was on Level 24. I started the game to check out the new characters, and all my progress is gone.

I think this is related to the fact that Steam Cloud does not work with this game on Mac.

And yes, I have restarted Steam, restarted my computer, began a brand new game, and verified game files. Not in that order, heh.

Yes same I am on Yosemite, also acheivements I have met requirments for are not coming up on my steam client.

Or you can go to the leaderboard in the game and click the Refresh button. That synchronises your local XP with the highest XP you've had.

Interestingly Jaxon method also worked to get the level i lost when i switched from Steam Windows to Steam Mac.

Hi, I just updated the game in iOS and also lost all my levels and runestones. Going to the leaderboard in the game didn't seem to help. Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I couldn't find a "Refresh" button in the GameCenter iOS leaderboard popup.

I had the same problem. It works, but if I close the game and open again everything is reset (volume settings, lvls..)
