Ok. Next question. Do people have reasons to expect them to announce this as their next game? I'm just trying to figure out where OP is getting 'relic' from.
Well, Relic is explicitly based on Talisman rules system. It's basically sci-fi Talisman with some rules improvements. It has three stats to Talisman's two and more complicated system of drawing cards, but in its core it's a very similar game including the three-tier structure of the board where you try to find your way to the center.

It is Warhammer 40k Universe and no, it is strictly the board game version right now

I had to look that up because I didn't know what you were talking about but man that is old. Has GW or FFG ever reprinted that?
