Courtesan Character

The Courtesan came top in our voting poll for the next character after the Exorcist.

She is a very interesting character who seduces and distracts her way through the game!

Her abilities are -
Seduction! When she encounters another character, she may take any object or gold of her choice, but when she does this she must miss her next turn.

Distraction! Whenever she has 2 or more gold, she can pay for things for 1 gold less than their normal price.

Captivation! When she encounters Strangers that offer wishes (Fairy, Phantom, Enchanter), she can always take a wish, even if she doesn't meet the conditions of the Stranger. If she does meet the conditions, she can choose two different wishes!

Followers aren't immune to her charms either, and she can take any Follower from characters she encounters.

Alignment - Neutral

Great news. As I'm sixty-one I expect it's the only seducing I'm likely to be doing from here on in. Lol. It's the horse and cart that worries me.

I like the character a lot so far, kind of a mix between thief/druid/sorceress abilites. But because the stats are lower and you lose turn while stealing items she doesn't make them useless.

Also am I the only one wishing Courtesan was one of the backgrounds from crafting

I've always been a bit of a *uhhmmm* charmer with the opposite sex, so she definitely sounds like my cup of tea! Oh, and I know how these avatars work. Don't think because I've got the Druid that I'm an old guy with a whopping great beard trying to flirt with the youngsters, lol. That's just . . . scary.

I've just played as the Courtesan for the first time and she's an interesting character. I like the double wish on strangers, and she's particularly effective when attacking other players. Of course when she put on the armour she wasn't be able to use her two most powerful weapons. Lol.
