Talisman requirement for using Arnkell/Cloak of Feathers in the Inner Region

New Match Rule - Arnkell/Cloak of Feathers

A player may only use Arnkell/Cloak of Feathers in the Inner Region, if he has a Talisman
(it cannot be ditched).

About time Talisman Cup admins came up with a great idea, so why not extend this rule to entire game?

Seriously most games I see is about getting the Arnkell early, no one bothers with obtaining the Talisman anymore. Usual scenario is - get 6-9 str/cr, beat the Eagle King, get the Arnkell, have a little luck with door opening and that's it.

Is this game still called Talisman or Arnkell? With a little amount of artifacts most players get the Arnkell early and if not 3-5 turns is enough to try again (or quicker if have the right items, spells or followers)

Do something with it. Add more artifacts, raise the Eagle King stats, add Talisman requirement when teleporting in the Inner Region, anything. Make this game old fashioned Talisman again.

A player may only use Arnkell/Cloak of Feathers in the Inner Region, if he has a Talisman in his possession.

This ruling comes into effect from Sunday 13th September (Match Week 3).
