Where's The Clairvoyant?
In the Prologue game we had the Clairvoyant follower card that provided the bonus of always having at least one Fate to spend. There's been many occasaions when I wished I had the Clairvoyant as a follower in this game. Where is she?

I think this card is missed because it belongs to separate expansion "Talisman Prologue" and this is not included in TS:DE

Seems to be the only thing in Prologue that's not in this game.

Too powerful? Pshaw! No more powerful than the Orb of Knowledge or the Prophetess's similar ability. If it takes players asking for it as DLC then I say bring her on.

I vote for her to be in plzzzz
Heck no! The Clairvoyant would be far too powerful to add into the base game. She may not seem like it, but it becomes apparent after you play the game for a while and you understand fully what it means to always have fate.
There is no way they'd add her into the base game.

NO THANKS!!!!!!! There is a card in the City expansion called Luna the Owl that allows you to cash in a fate and make your die roll automatically a "6". Imagine a player with BOTH cards, meaning that they'll alaways have at least one fate AND all of their die rolls become a "^6"! Pass, pass, PASS!!!!!!

First they must have both of that cards, which of course is not that easy as it sounds.

I myself would love to see the Clairvoyant being added.

I knew somebody would say that :)

The City expansion also has Lucky the Panda, which gives you a fate at the start of your turn. I've actually been in a couple of playings in which a player had both cards. Lucky wasn't as bad since the fate wasn't replenished until the start of the next turn, as opposed to the Clairvoyant which immediately replensihes it.

If it's an optional card which can be turned off I'm cool with it. Otherwise, I really don't see need for the Clairvoyant.

If the Clairvoyant is considered to powerful then the Runesword should also be removed from the game. That greatly unbalances the game. I've seen characters equipped with the Runesword have 15-20 lives or more, making them essentially immortal.

The Clarvoyant, to my understanding, was a complete new invention made solely for Prologue (some kind of balance/gameplay issues involved in a solitaire version of Talisman) and was never intended to be in T:DE

Runesword is just one item from a stack of 600+ adventure cards, good luck finding it.

With a spellcaster, the Runesword is nothing to worry about: you can steal it, shatter it, change the alignment of the bearer, transform the bearer to a frog (Random or Toadify! spells).
And there is a destiny in the Woodland expansion that deny a gain of life at the cost of a dark fate token. So, if the Runesword is one of the item to have in the base version of Talisman (with the Magic Wand), his importance or strength is greatly diminished with expansions added. In fact, the Fate Sword is even more powerful, especially with the Woodland expansion turned on.

If there is enough demand, we can see about sneaking her into a future Talisman: Digital Edition expansion. We might have to adjust her though if she does end up being too powerful in a multiplayer setting!

There's multiple characters with the ability to take a follower from another character, either as an outright steal by landing on the same space or as a reward after defeating them in a fight. There's also the Mesmerism spell. So the Clairvoyant isn't the game winning card that some have claimed any more than the Runesword, Fate Stealer, Lucky The Panda, Orb Of Knowledge or the Prophetess's similar power, or the ability to always have a spell whether innate or from the Wand.

Add her to the game.
